Fulus.ae (the "Website") is owned and operated by ROKK Global Services LLC ("we", "us" and "our"), a company registered in Shams-Sharjah, UAE. We are a financial portal for banking products in Dubai, UAE, and we are not mortgage brokers.

We are a financial portal and not a mortgage broker. We provide a service whereby our registered Mortgage Broker partners may market or promote financial products and services. Our Mortgage Broker partners are responsible for preparing the Details and fielding enquiries directly from you.

Details are hosted by us in good faith but are produced directly by our Mortgage Broker partners and/or third parties and have not been verified by us. You are responsible for making your own enquiries and we provide no guarantee and accept no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising out of the use or inability to use the Website.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with: failures due to software or internet errors; loss of profit, business, reputation; or loss of, damage to or corruption of data.

The materials appearing on the Website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on the Website are accurate, complete, or current.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

If any term of these Terms is or may become for any reason invalid or unenforceable at law, the validity and enforceability of the remainder will not be affected.
